Jesse Greenberg is a Chicago-based public affairs professional with agency and political campaign experience.   Clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, major non-profits, government agencies, and candidates for state and local office.

More than anything else, I am  interested in bringing social media strategies to public affairs.  Traditionally, public affairs has been one of the last disciplines to adopt new marketing practices.  However, the power for online and word of mouth strategies to transform issues is gaining greater prominence as political marketing evolves.  This great challenge is an opportunity for all of us working in public affairs.

In 2008, I graduated from Northwestern University’s Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) graduate program at the Medill School of Journalism.  I also received two awards from the Institute for Politics, Democracy and the Internet (IPDI) at George Washington University – best campaign blog and best website – while working with a candidate running for state representative.

I continue to work on various public affairs issues and campaigns and am excited for new opportunities.
